1. What is audio conferencing?
Audio conference is a telephone conference used for meetings in which different
participants in different locations use telephone or audio conferencing equipment
to interactively communicate with each other in a real time.

2. What is Conference Express?
Conference Express is a suite of conferencing services offered by Reliance India
Call. The suite comprises of state of the art solutions to suite the needs of Enterprises
as well as individual users. Currently we offer Audio conferencing services. Soon
to come - Video conferencing & Web conferencing services.

3. What are the benefits?
It is a great way to conduct meetings without physically bringing people together.
You can discuss pros and cons, strategies for success and make decisions, bringing
key players together in a meeting without spending huge amounts of time and money.
First and foremost, audio conferencing can lower transportation costs.
Secondly, with audio conferencing, a meeting can be set up in only a few minutes.
Most importantly, audio conferencing promotes frequent and effective communication.

4. How do I register?
Conference Express service is available exclusively for Reliance India Call / Reliance
Global Call subscribers. In case you are not a registered Reliance India Call customer,
to avail this service you need to register with the Reliance India Call.
- To register for Conference Express – please visit www.relianceconferenceexpress.com login with your Reliance
India Call registered phone number & PIN.
- Select ‘Flat Fee’ option from the drop down.
- Click on ‘Continue’ to carry on the registration process.
- Select the plan convenient to you.
- On successful payment you will receive an email on your registered email address
containing details w.r.t. passcodes, user manual etc. which you can share with your
participants for using the audio conference service.
- Share the user passcodes & apt dial-in numbers and other details for usage with
your participants
You can now enjoy unlimited, uninterrupted conferencing service.

5. What different plans do you offer?
Presently we provide Unlimited plans for Enterprise customers as well as individual
customers against the Flat fee option.

6. What is Flat fee unlimited plan?
You pay a fixed monthly charge for unlimited conferencing, depending on the maximum
number of participants subscribed. A per port rate is charged on a monthly basis
for unlimited use.

7. What is the upfront payment that
I need to pay to subscribe the service?
For Reliance India Call customers: Conference Express preferred plan charges
For non Reliance India Call customers who is availing Reliance India Call to Subscribe
to Conference Express: Applicable denomination for Reliance India Call + Conference
Express preferred plan charges

8. Will there be tax?
Yes. Tax, fees and surcharge as per the federal, state and local authorities of
the respective country.

9. How long it takes to activate the
service after registration?
The service gets activated immediately.

10. Who is the Chairperson?
A chairperson is the organizer of the conference call. Using a special code, the
chairperson opens the conference line, allowing other callers to dial in.

11. Who are participants and attendees?
A participant or attendee is anyone invited by the Chairperson to participate in
the conference call. Participants join the conference by entering their passcode,
which is provided by the chairperson in the invitation.

12. What are the privileges of a chairperson?
A chairperson can execute the following commands:
Change the passcodes i.e. chairperson passcode and participant passcode
Lock or unlock the conference
Put the conference on hold
Terminate the conference
Enable or disable the roll call (which plays participant names)
Enable or disable lecture mode
Mute to unmute the participants

13. How do the Chairman know how many
people are there in the conference?
Chairman can select the feature ‘Play party count’ to know the number of people
in the conference.

14. What are ports?
Every time a participant dials the Conference Express dial-in number to access the
bridge/conference, he/she occupies a physical port available on the bridge. Thus
each participant occupies 1 port.

15. How do I use the Conference Express?
On Successful registration Chairperson (customer who registers for Conference Express
service) would receive an email with registration details and 2 separate passcodes
– one for Chairperson & one for the participants.
To use audio conferencing service,
- Invite the people you wish to communicate with and share the following information
with them:
- Date and time of the meeting
- Dial-in number
- Participant passcode
- To initiate/join a conference, enter the dial-in number and follow the voice prompt.
Note:
1. Please protect your passcodes. Chairperson is responsible for all conferences
that occur through their passcode. For security reasons, passcodes should not be
placed on corporate internet websites or on public display. In particular, host/
chairperson codes should be kept confidential. Keep in mind that when you are attempting
to change the passcode; both the passcodes will change i.e. Chairperson Passcode
and participant passcode.
2. You may be charged by your service provider to access toll free/toll access number
depending on your monthly tariff plan and resultant local/domestic long distance
access rate. We request you to check for the charges with your service provider.

16. What is the Conference Express
Dial-in number?
The Conference Express dial-in number is the audio bridge access number.

17. Can a conference start without
a chairperson?
Yes. Conference can be started without a chairperson, using ‘Quick Start’ feature.
This feature has been configured by default in the system.

18. What do I do incase a participant
is disconnected?
The participant will have to dial in again to join the conference. Make sure that
the participant is not traveling and he/ she has logged in using a mobile phone,
to avoid any network coverage issues.

19. Whom should I contact for any
assistance during conference?
You can dial *0 for operator assistance during a conference.

20. How can a participant change the
passcode?
Participant is not authorized to change the passcode To change the passcode Chairman
will have to
- Go to My Account >> Reset passcode.
Note: Please protect your passcodes. Chairperson is responsible
for all conferences that occur through their passcode. For security reasons, passcodes

21. What is the chairperson and participant
passcode?
The audio bridge system authenticates and authorizes a chairperson and participant
based on chairperson and participant passcode. This should be kept confidential
for security and avoiding any misuse.

22. Can I join a conference call using
‘Conference Express' from anywhere?
Yes, you can join a conference using 'Conference Express' from USA, UK, Canada,
Australia and India by dialing the country specific Toll Free number. For rest of
the countries; please dial the Toll Free number of nearest country.

23. Can participants call from international
locations?
Yes, participants can call from international locations. Participant will have to
dial the Toll Free number of the residing country. Toll Fee numbers are available
for USA, UK, Canada, Australia and India. For other countries dial the Toll Free
number of the nearest country.

24. What happens if I have more participants
than the subscribed limit?
Once the maximum limit of participants is reached, new participants trying to dial-in
hear the message: "The conference is full. No more parties can be added at this
time." But if you have subscribed to the ‘dial-out to participant’ feature, you
can connect more participants to the meeting by dialing out to them, subject to
the availability of resources.

25. What are the charges that a participant
needs to pay for using Conference Express?
Participant does not have to pay any charge for using this service. But there may
be charges for accessing the Toll Free number in their country/ country nearest
to them.
You will be charged by your service provider to access toll access number depending
on your monthly tariff plan and resultant local/domestic long distance access rate.
We request you to check for the charges with your service provider.
Also note, if you use a cellular phone to dial one of our access numbers, we are
not responsible for any additional charges your cellular service provider may levy
on your account for using the service on your cellular phone.

26. Can I view the call details for
conference Call?
Presently call details will not be available online for the Flat Fee service.

27. Can I use this service through
EPABX facility? (For Enterprise Customers)
Certainly, provided your enterprise should have a facility to call out of the premises
through EPABX. Once you get a dial tone then you can dial the conference dial in
number and follow the voice prompt.
